Goodest Kicks Privacy Notice
Goodest Kicks respects your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and applicable National Privacy Commission issuances.
Information we collect
For order processing and fulfillment, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, order details, payment status/reference, and customer-provided delivery notes. We do not ask for unnecessary government IDs, health information, passwords, or other sensitive data as part of the normal website checkout.
Why we process it
We use the information to review and confirm orders, reconfirm inventory, communicate order updates, arrange delivery, process or verify payment, prevent fraud or duplicate orders, provide customer support, comply with legal/accounting requirements, and protect Goodest Kicks and its customers.
Data minimization and sharing
We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary for the transaction. Information may be shared only as needed with service providers involved in the order, such as payment processors and delivery/courier providers, or when disclosure is required by law. We do not sell customer personal information.
Marketing
